I joined Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach in 2013. I was honored to be a member of the opening team in here at Watertable as the first pastry cook to start developing seasonal menus for Watertable and Pete Mallory Sunset Grille. Prior to that, I started my career at the Disneyland hotel and then Ralph Brennan’s Jazz Kitchen in downtown Disney. Back to 2013, my career continued to grow as I made my way through the ranks of Watertable and other venues of the hotel which resulted in a promotion to Sous chef tournant. One of the hightlights during this time was winning the award of Leader of the year. I recently had the pleasure of opening our newest venue, SHOR, where I have developed multiple seasonal beach concept menus. I have experience in multiple local events such as: Pageant of the Masters, Taste of Newport Beach, and Table for 10. I've assisted multiple properties such as Grand San Francisco Hyatt, Mirval Tuscon, Seattle Thompson, Hyatt Regency Long Beach, and West Hollywood Andaz. Recently I was promoted to Watertable Chef De Cuisine and will be the first female Chef de Cuisine of the restaurant. I'm looking to push the envelope with fresh local seafood and seasonal produce while creating vibrant dishes with passion and drive
