I joined Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa in 2008 as a Culinary Supervisor and had the privilege of being part of Watertable’s opening team. In 2017, I was honored with a promotion to Chef de Cuisine for Watertable, where I took on the responsibility of crafting seasonal menus and proudly represented Watertable at prestigious events such as Newport Beach Food + Wine and Modern Luxury’s Live and Dine events. My culinary journey began at the Art Institute of California, where I honed my skills and passion for cooking. Over the years, my recipes have garnered recognition from numerous writers and have been featured in prominent magazines and online articles.
